Items in their original condition, showing no signs of wear may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. For any certified diamond returns, the certificate must accompany the return, or a $250.00 certificate fee will be charged. Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit only; no refunds will be issued. Special orders, lab grown diamonds, and diamonds that are brokered for the client are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Layaway terms are limited to a maximum of 90 days. An initial down payment of 20% is required and subsequent monthly payments of 20% due on the same date each month as the original sale date. Layaways can be cancelled within 30 days, provided they are not special orders, without any penalty. If cancelled after 30 days, the items will be returned to stock, and all payments made will be issued as store credit. Layaway will be cancelled if payments are not made on time, with refunds given as store credit only. Holds are limited to 30 days and are subject for approval. All holds can be cancelled at any point at the discretion of the manager.

Green Hills Diamond Brokers offers a selection of both certified and non-certified diamonds. Our certified diamonds include those graded by GIA, IGI, and other grading laboratories. Each laboratory provides an independent quality report (certification). The GIA adheres to stricter grading standards. As a result, the same diamond might receive different grades from different labs. This can mean potential variations of 3-4 color grades and 1-2 clarity grades compared to GIA standards.

Green Hills Diamond Brokers offers a 110% lifetime upgrade policy, only for natural center diamonds. No refunds are provided for items purchased under our trade-up policy; exchanges only are permitted. Similarly, no refunds are issued for items purchased using trade-in merchandise not originally bought from Green Hills Diamond Brokers; exchanges are only allowed

Sales tax is charged only in states where Green Hills Diamond Brokers has a physical presence. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in other states.

We exclusively offer diamonds from non-conflict origins, supporting all sanctions against countries that sell diamonds to fund civil wars. We have never and will never sell clarity-enhanced, color-enhanced, or fracture-filled diamonds.

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. A special order includes any item from a vendor, custom-made, or specially sized for the customer.

All sales of lab grown diamonds are FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges permitted for lab grown diamond purchases.

Lab grown diamonds will significantly decrease in value after purchase. Green Hills Diamond Brokers are not liable for any loss in value or resale value of lab grown diamonds.
